I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeb. I live in Chicago and the air conditioning at my parents stopped working on a Wednesday, they were not able to get an appointment until Tuesday. I couldn't have my parents suffering in the heat with no air for that long. He went to my parents the same afternoon I called, had everything up and running within an hour and was just an absolute pleasure. Please use this company and Jeb is the best!

We're very happy with the customer service and the quality of the installation done. In total we've had three mini splits and a large garage heater installed by Last Chance Heating and AC. These products have made an enormous difference in the cold winters and high temperature summers. I would highly recommend this company!

Fitting name! He was on time, super professional, and answered all my questions. Listened to my issue and got the background, then went right to work. He checked the whole system, found a problem and fixed it, and gave me recommendations for some things that work but could be better. Installed a whole home humidifer and rerouted some of my HVAC to even out heat in the whole house. Managed to get me in when other groups were quoting me months out. Work was top notch and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

i BOUGHT THE HITACHI MINI SPLIT WITH 3 LOCATIONS IN MY HOME. HE DID A GREAT JOB, VERY LIKEABLE GENTLEMAN. WOULD DEF. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
